Mind-blowing location in the heart of the old town, jaw-dropping parking facility, super-friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast.

Location right in centre of Town - Near Basjarsjia. New and comfortable rooms, for very reasonable price.

The hotel is still suffering from some teething problems as far as service is concerned. All staff were friendly, but some lacked experience, making especially the booking issues confusing. Our registration through your webservice does not appear to have been registered when I later checked, so I had to reserve again. I also experienced some problems when trying to prolong the stay. That being said, I did eventually get another night, even if I was told the previous evening that it would be impossible. Breakfast was fine, but the Hotel ought to have some staff at kitchen during breakfast hours. still when we asked, we got good service.

The location is really good- in the old town, everything was clean and friendly hotel staff.

We had a great experience staying at a hotel right on the edge of the Turkish quarter. the location was perfect for exploring the city, and there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious with a great selection. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the underground secure parking, which was a big plus for us as we were traveling by motorbike. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

Good location

The room was inadequate to say the least. The bathroom would have been condemned in Australia as it had almost non-exitsting drainage and had exposed pipes and tied -off wiring. The room looked like it had been made hastily out of unused space.

Convenient location with secure parking. Staff is attentive and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Parking facility is a plus.

I had read a comment about a bike rental facility in the lobby, but the folks at etn didn't know anything about it. Such a great location though, that it turned out to be a non-issue.

Very basic room. Generally a bit wierd layout with the parking elevator and the rooms off the car park - although its not really a negative to be honest.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy for us to explore all the tourist attractions on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that our stay was pleasant from start to finish. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, allowing us to feel comfortable and relaxed. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning, were just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a delicious continental breakfast, which was a great start to our day of exploring.

We highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast very poor, small rooms. No internet. Only pay with cash. There you can not pay with credit card. Not good service.

Spent Christmas in the city center and had a great time. the hotel offered secure parking which saved us the headache of finding parking in a crowded city center. the location was perfect- right in the heart of the old town. the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and welcoming.

The Wi-fi connection was a bit spotty and unreliable at times. the restrooms were a bit small which made it difficult to maneuver around.

Good overall aspect of the hotel, specially for the price, 1 min walk to Bascarsija's pedestrian streets, large private parking, friendly and helpfull staff

Might be noisy at night depeding of your room's location because of heavy traffic and bus station nearby. Small annoying things, but nothing serious: the only 1 soap container for both shower and lavatory basin was empty, no internet at first attempt, because the modem (well hidden) was unplugged and the only one wall-socket was difficult to reach behind the heavy bed, as it was used for the bedside lamp.

Budget hotel, centrally located. Good for this rate.

Internet was not working in my room. Staff were keen to fix it, but never did.
